On September 29th, Iptalent COO LI Chen was retained as intellectual property consultant of free-trade-zone of Xiamen. Iptalent also opened an office in the free-trade-zone.

The assistant mayor of Xiamen city and the chairman of the administrative committee of Xiamen free-trade-zone attended and gave speeches in the retaining ceremony.
